The Founders

Jason Webster
Founder; CEO

Over the past 25-years, in a variety of roles, Jason has worked to improve the process and foundation of decision-making in organizations of all sizes. He has helped start-ups compete above their weight class, he has educated Finance professionals on analytics and forecast accuracy, and he has led multi-year programs in billion-dollar corporations, transforming the way they plan and developing blueprints for information management and analytics. Fifteen years ago, Jason founded Archetype with the goal or providing customers a truly creative, innovative and tailored approach for the problem of managing business in a complex world. In doing so, he believed he could set a higher standard for digital consultancies, hence the name, Archetype.

Today, as CEO, Jason has the wonderful privilege of leading a truly outstanding team of interdisciplinary professionals who, together, have served hundreds of happy customers across many industry domains. The great majority of those customers have invited the team back for second, third and fourth engagements – the only true measure of success.

Jason is an incessantly curious individual, an (over) committed DIY-er and lover of Sci-Fi. He looks forward every year to chasing his bride and four kids down the ski slopes, or cooking lobsters on the beach and is a musical hack who still believes he may play live one day.
